The Printegration™ Process is a proven system to quickly analyze your current environment, evaluate your needs, present an executive summary, recommend solutions and manage your infrastructure.

Analyze
MWB’s Printegration™ Analysis is a financial and technical analysis designed to help executive level management understand the issues their companies face in Document Management and Processing.

Evaluate
We evaluate your method of managing printing, copying, faxing, scanning, and document storage to determine the true cost of these systems. MWB’s team of document management experts collaborates with departments to analyze your current method of document production from financial and operational perspectives. During the assessment, interviews will be conducted with top management, workgroup managers, and end users to gain an understanding of your objectives and challenges in the management and workflow of your document technology.

Present
The executive summary produced by the Printegration™ process will help your organization evaluate the financial and operational impacts of your current methods of document processing—what technology you have, what you are doing with it, and what it is costing.

Recommend
Once the Printegration TM assessment is complete, MWB will make recommendations to optimize your infrastructure with an eye to enhancing productivity and reducing costs. Recommendations often include redeploying high volume devices to high usage areas, creating a plan to update aging technology that is expensive to operate, and leveraging multifunctional systems to reduce device counts where appropriate.

Manage
Many of our clients elect to have us manage their printing infrastructure. Our usage-based programs can provide everything you need to manage your printer network including supplies, preventative maintenance, service, and help desk support. All of this is available for one low cost per page.
